Having read through this website and possibly spoken with one of our consultants you’ll need to decide which package best suits you. We are totally flexible and if you find that you need to change your package at any stage just give us 10 working days notice and we can arrange to move you from the next billing period. – either up or down one level without penalty.
Please call our office on 0088 195 6498 (or + 44 1273 772355 if calling from outside the UK). We will take all the necessary details and assist you with the type of service you require (managed or self-service).
Your first month’s payment (and set-up charge if applicable) will be taken against your credit or debit card. Subsequent payments can either be against your card or by bank standing order.
If paying by standing order we reward you with a certificate that gives you up to
7 Nights FREE Hotel Accommodation for two at over 160 hotels throughout the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands. We do this because the standing order involves less admin on our part. You will of course still receive your monthly VAT invoice.
Following receipt of your first month’s payment we’ll send you an invoice long with your credit card receipt and a Standing Order Form. This needs to be returned to us within 7 days. If it has not been processed by the time your next month’s payment is due then your credit card will be charged for that month’s fee. It is a condition of doing business with us that you agree to this procedure.
