Self service emails are perfect for any business or organisation wishing to send out emails on a regular basis to its customers, subscribers or prospects who have indicated their willingness to receive emails, and who are happy to do the job themselves. It is for businesses and organisations not wanting to risk upsetting their ISP – not to mention the more tedious process of sending through Outlook or other low volume software which is not only time consuming, but also lacks the features of high end internet based software.

The primary conditions for self service are that the data being uploaded must be your own customer/client data and it may not be bought from any outside party, or otherwise acquired. There is no minimum contract period and you can cancel or upgrade your account at any time.
Unlike most other programmes you can email your database up to SIX times each month at no extra charge. If for example you have 900 customers/subscribers you would choose the 1,000 package (US$19 per month) and you could then send out emails to this database up to 6 times during the month, all for the single subscription price of $19. Once your database goes beyond 1,000 you pay an excess charge of $5 per 1,000 emails sent, or move to the next level of 2,500 subscribers for $29 month.
